Many children enjoy a story about Memories | |||

<>
The Sermon, by Sarah Mitchell (well, actually just the end of it) "Today at this confirmation service, at this celebration of communion, we can look back – remembering those who have gone before us – those who have brought us to this place, those who have been people of great faith, and people of little or no faith. We can turn our minds back to an upper room where friends gathered around a meal, to the river And in our receiving from all those who have gone before, we can turn our memories to the generations to come – offering new life for others – holding future generations in the love and memory of the mystery of God. In this way the body of Christ is re-membered. May we remember and live." |
